On our first trip, Mike from the front desk stopped by and introduced himself. He told us that if we needed anything to just let him know making which felt very genuine. He then proceeded to lock the front sliding doors in the “open-position” for us which made moving in a bunch of stuff so much easier without having to “code-in” each time. Having a second floor unit was an initial concern, however the elevator is oversized and has a plenty of room. Overall great experience.
