    I stopped for a piece of plywood. Tried to get someone to cut it. The kid that was working in another department called someone to help me . I waited 20 minutes and then asked him again to call someone but no one showed. Finally went up to the pro desk and asked the man there but he was no help .He didn't want to even try to call someone. I asked him if there was any other lowes or home depots around he said " I have no idea , walked away and was on his phone. Tall guy black shirt and clear glasses. Asked him his name but he kept going. This is why I rarely shop at Lowes. There is never anyone around and when you find spmeone they can care less. It's always empty obviously and why I will always choose a Home Depot over Lowes. It feels like eventually soon Lowes will close their doors. Management needs to take note and walk the floor or train people that are supposed to be in customer service how to treat people. Definitely will never come back and will always tell people this story so they too won't shop there. Good job Lowes . Way to loose another customer to Home Depot.

    We had a great experience with Jake who assisted us in purchasing a refrigerator. Our house had a fridge we determined was at least 15 years old and quit working over the weekend. Jake provided excellent customer service and walked us through the delivery process.

    How difficult is it to get cement and lumber delivered ? was suppose to deliver a week ago got a call day of “truck loaded wrong will get Fri” multiple calls and messages to them and in store visit. Bottom line now will get next Monday ( 2 weeks late) maybe again this is just lumber and cement if I had a pick up truck I would have it . Follow up it is two weeks later and still no wheel barrel cedar boards or 2x6 2 more hours of my life wasted to try to resolve this . Ps no wheel barrel to move the 23 bags of cement delivered.

    Elena and Sylvia need customer service training. We went into store to pick up one peice of metal roofing, we could clearly see the item we needed on the top shelf. We were told we had to wait 45mins for another person to get the item down. We had other shopping so we said okay and went about the store collecting our other needed items. An hour later we go back to the area and was told it would be another 45mins. We decided to order it via curb side pick up since it available online. Since it was later in the evening on Dec. 19th we waited until Saturday Dec. 20th to place our order online. We did so at 10am. At 1130am we received and auto message/call stating our order was ready. We go to store and were told by Elena our order WAS NOT ready and that they have a 3 hour window ((extremely rude)). We said okay and went about our day, at 3pm we figured we would call te store to see if our order was ready since it was well after their 3 hour fill order window and since we did not hear anything since. We were instructed that our order was indeed ready this time and to call the store to let them know what pickup order spot we were in..etc. once at store in our spot we were then told we had to come inside to sign an iPad...not sure why since it was a curb side order but again we did as we were instructed. Once inside we had the unfortunate experience dealing with Sylvia who clearly was having a bad day or someone pissed in her coffee, she told us our order WAS NOT READY and they might could fill it in 45 mins. My husband rolled his eyes and we then asked to speak to a manger. We were told there was no mangers!!!!!! Elena then stepped in who ((again was extremely rude and condescending)) saying we would need to grow some patience!! We then walked to the area and asked a lady who was operating the forklift, she called some help and had our item down in 10 mins!!!!! We will never shop at Lowes ever again!! Last 4 of our order # 6968

    Hands down to JAKE.S in appliance Dept he was in the middle of his inventory when I needed help is plumbing dept I couldn’t find as associate to help me so I walked down and he was the first person I saw. He took time out to stop what he was doing to help me find a part I needed. He has such great positive customer service and I truly appreciate him assisting me. To the management team and LOWES you need more associates to be more like him. Even though it wasn’t his department he still took his time and walked be back down. This is the reason why I perfer Lowe’s over another place. People like him makes the trip worth it. JAKE.S I hope this review/comment gets to you because I genuinely truly appreciate you VERY much.
