I had to call again and rent another unit. I was told there wasn't a bigger unit available. The manager Kristina called me Monday. I explained to her what happened. Kristina stated that I shouldn't have ever been put in the first unit that there's no way it was big enough. Kristina only subjection was she would give me 3 days to move to a bigger unit. I can't move during the week so now I'm screwed paying for 2 units when they put me in a unit that was 2 small. Kristina has zero customer service skills.
