  Cindy was great to work with from start to finish. I came in needing a chair for my new living room, and she got straight to the point—no pressure, no sales tactic nonsense, just real help. She made it easy to find exactly what I needed. Got the sizing right, showed me multiple options with different colors, and helped me land on the perfect one without dragging it out. On top of that, she worked me a solid deal and took the time to clearly explain the warranty and how the pickup process works. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about getting it right for you. I’ll 100% be working with Cindy again moving forward. Great experience.

  Lazy Boy in Pensacola is an outstanding furniture store. Gary and Payton helped me decorate my living room and the result was wonderful! After a year I discovered that one of the legs on one of two matching chairs that I purchased was broken. I went to Nicci, the store manager. She immediately told me they would make it right! Later she found out the chair was no longer available and asked me to come in and choose two new matching chairs. I am very impressed with their customer service! Talk about a quality guarantee! I recommend Lazy Boy Pensacola with 5 stars!

  My experience at La-Z-Boy has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Mike made the entire process easy and enjoyable — he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products and truly listened to what I was looking for. He then introduced me to Peyton, their designer, and together they collaborated to make sure my living room will be furnished and decorated exactly the way I envisioned it. It’s clear they work as a great team, and I felt confident every step of the way that my home was in good hands. If you’re looking for a seamless experience with people who genuinely care about bringing your vision to life, I highly recommend working with Mike and Peyton!
