We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. We always have loved supporting Hobby Lobby and absolutely LOVED the one we grew up with back in Arizona. We just moved out here and were in need of some home decor. And I got to say we had one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a business. I honestly thought they would take care of us, I have never had any issues with Hobby Lobby in the past and the customer service has always been something to rave about. Well not this time. We felt completely blind sided when accusations and assumptions were made and extremely uncalled for. My husband and I felt very uncomfortable for the treatment we received both in store and over the phone with the employees and management. It certainly felt we were being judged by our appearance and age. They dont know how to run this store or handle issues when they arise. We spent over $580 on our home decor for our new home since we moved out here and I will never be returning to this location again.
