- JDJ DApr 22, 20262.0I have been renting two units at this facility for almost two years and am on automatic billing. I have never been late or missed a payment or had any problems or complaints from the facility. Yet, I received a notice in the mail that they are going to increase my monthly price on my 10x20 climate controlled unit by $80/month from $180.00 to $260.00/mo. The web price currently is $236.00/mo. I contacted them to see if they would match the web price of $236.00 and was told no, that price was for new customers only! Tracy then became rude and ended the conversation with me. No reason to have be rude to your paying customers. My other unit had no price change, seems to me that don't appreciate their customers or want to retain them. Pretty sad!

They demonstrated how to utilize the app to ease access to the gate and building. They were fun, yet professional, and transparent about the lease and the occasional price increases as time progresses so I could know what to expect. The facility was clean and secure. I am confident in choosing this storage facility over other options.
