Garden center closed around 10 this morning, tried calling to find out when it would be reopening, AI answers the phone and I could not get an actual person on the phone. Update 12/17: There's no need for me to reach out to Lowes, I shopped elsewhere. Also, telling me to reach out via website after I complained about AI and not getting to speak to an actual human being is a really poor response on Lowes part.

This dumpster fire isn’t just bad — it’s a full-blown, slow-motion implosion wearing a gasoline bathrobe and sprinting into a lighter. The flames roar like they’re personally offended by the concept of dignity. Every crackle sounds like another bad choice screaming its final confession before collapsing into molten shame.
The stench is a violent cocktail of burnt plastic, wet cardboard, and the collective failures of everyone who ever thought, “How bad could it really be?” The smoke rolls out like it’s trying to escape the scene because even it doesn’t want to be associated with this disaster. Honestly, the only thing impressive here is how something can be this spectacularly awful and still somehow get worse the longer you look at it.

Overall, Lowes is terrible. DO NOT do a project with them. They outsource to UHS contracting. UHS likes to work bankers hours but if you leave work early to accommodate, UHS frequently pulls no show, no calls. UHS doesn't answer their phone either. Review after review says the same thing. Lowes must get this company for cheap if they continue to work with them. Your project will take forever and waste a ton of your time- choose someone besides Lowes if they still work with UHS Construction LLC.
