Customer service had 4-5 people chatting, and one poor guy working his butt off
at this location,
at the corner of Mobile Highway and Fairfield.
I just walked away came back when he was alone and they were all chatting amongst themselves down at their self-serve checkouts what a wasted revenue on employees standing around like it's a barbecue.

Employees on the floor not helpful at all. Trying to purchase doors and get installation no one offered to help with or come to the desk to see what I needed. I just ended up calling the installation number and she was very helpful and told me to go to a cashier to pay for my measurement service. Asked 2 cashiers who acted clueless and like I was bothering them. Finally went to customer service and they were very helpful and quick to address my needs.
