Why would I waste my time ever going back when I can order it from Amazon and get it faster than having to walk back to customer service desk, wait in line, ask for help with an item in prison, walk back to the isle and wait for 15 minutes for no one to ever show up? You do know Home Depot is across the street, right? Not that they are any better though. I do hope you guys come to your senses and decide to stock customer service in the future!

I comfirmed this online and by ordering a appliance with a regular price and in the past. I wish employees were trained properly instead of giving false information to people and insisting they are correct.
