Absolutely terrible experience, pad for delivery, don’t get 19 of the items I ordered. How can you not read a piece of paper and load it on a truck? Worse than that, i have talked to 5 people. No resolution. Good thing I plan ahead, cause they sure do not. Truly a pathetic process.

Telephone Customer service is a joke. If you order something ans request delivery you may or may not get it. Three separate times I placed an order. My order was cleary marked for delivery all three times. Once time it was delivered the other two times it set in the store waiting for me to pick it up even though it was clearly marked for delivery. When I called their joke of a customer service number. I was first told that Lowes did not deliver. After being hung up on 4 times and placed on hold for over 45 minutes I was told the order was scheduled to be delivered before 8 pm. However by this time it was 7:30 pm and no one from delivery was available to deliver my order.

***Update: 23Jan2026: your LESS than worthless corporate 800# is a colossal joke. This is absolutely asinine, I DO NOT CARE about your no delivery fee refund when YOUR COMPANY DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM. Does ANYONE at Lowes have half a brain?? I should NOT have to incur a delivery fee when YOUR COMPANY DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM. To not refund my delivery fee is not only BAD business but for your POS customer service manager to tell me I was returning what I ordered when it was CLEAR AS DAY that I returned sized 24" doors and my receipt CLEARLY shows size 22" doors were ordered. And why BOTHER to reply to my review with a fake concern asking me to call said 800#, when all you offer is some asinine couple of dollars store credit?? After even further research, YOUR company doesn't even have the sizes listed properly on your website, like HomeDepot has, it's 22" and 24", but as your 2nd rate programmers have them listed on your website at 20" & 22"?? Which AGAIN, makes NO sense. If HomeDepot had not been out of stock, I wouldn't have even bothered with lowe's and now I realize I NEVER should have to begin with. For anyone that's interested, the enclosed pictures PROVE you have 24" & 22" door covers NOT 20" & 22". I don't think you're legally allowed to charge me for a service not rendered, I paid for the delivery of 22" door covers and you delivered 24" door covers. ***Original review 13Jan2026: It only makes sense that when I have to return an item to the store AFTER the wrong item was delivered, the delivery fee gets refunded as well. On top of that, some female manager accused me of returning what was purchased as a way to deny the delivery fee. I ordered 22", are you reading this, 22", let me spell it out: twenty-two inch ODL Add On Blinds. 24" ODL Add On Blinds were delivered, N O T the 22" that I ordered AND paid to be delivered. As if that wasn't bad enough, ALL of the 22" ODL blinds this store had in stock were returns, i.e. USED! So AFTER arguing the O B V I O U S that the W R O N G item was delivered, then the argument went towards the other 3 S M A L L items that were delivered that were correct as a reason not to refund the delivery fee. The O N L Y reason I did the delivery, the reason for the delivery fee was the ODL blinds because they are oversized. Finally, this woman declared that she was so-called unable(more like simply unwilling) to refund the delivery fee. Not wanting MORE of a scene that SHE created by accusing me of returning exactly what I ordered, I left, went to the Lowe's on Airport Blvd, found 2 brand new 22", again, that's twenty two inch ODL blinds, bought them, went home and installed them. Leadership 101 says, A. Know what you're talking about BEFORE you talk, B. Any rational, sensible person would realize a delivery fee charged that delivered the WRONG item should be refunded and C. If you can't have a rational conversation with a paying customer, you should not be a manager, but what do I know, I'm just the customer.
