I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. It’s mid January and I still don’t have a full couch.
What I learned about LoveSac Customer Service:
They make their vendor problems your problems. There was an issue in November with the current mfr in China stopping the use of my fabric and the company had to find a new vendor, no eta, no way to contact the vendor by phone/ email, just ticket logging. No Dashboard or tending on corporate to track SLA of on time or late deliveries. so the customer absorbs all the inconvenience.
They are happy to take $12,000 upfront but won’t take accountability when delivery timelines are missed.
There is very little empathy and a lot of scripted deflection.
You have to fight for even the smallest adjustment or correction.
Their customer service text line changed between December and January, and responses now take more than 48 hours if you get a response.
Adjustment Forms get lost, reused, or mismanaged — and somehow that becomes the customer’s problem too. I’m out an adjustment, the form I was given is for a completely different customer and they will only give $600 max. No matter how long it takes them to deliver the couch.
There is no way to escalate to management.
The 40%off is not a true %40 in some cases like mine, it was %38 so check the math before you purchase. My adjustment would have gave me the full %40 but the form has been reused for another customer.
Bottom line:
LoveSac will gladly take your money, but when things go wrong, they do not stand behind their timelines, their pricing, or their promises. What should clearly be a company issue is consistently pushed onto the customer. For a “premium” brand at this price point, the service is extremely disappointing.
Disclaimer: After speaking with Taylor in CS for over 45 minutes, she was not willing to provide an adjustment or expedite my covers (Mind you I purchased this couch in Aug and it is now end of Jan) I told her that I was going to share my experience and write a review and she stated there was nothing else for the company to fulfill.

This store was super friendly and knowledgeable! They had everything we asked for and more. I brought my family in today just to show them the sactional and they ended up purchasing an 8-piece setup! We have been searching for weeks so it was a big deal of relief to finally make a purchase we felt confident about. It was so helpful to be able to see and feel all of the fabric options they offered. They even had samples large enough to place on the floor display sofas to really get a feel for what the fabric would be like.
It can’t go without saying that Korey, the store manager, did an excellent job helping us get exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product exceeded all of the other furniture stores we visited. Korey was very genuine, understanding and extremely patient with my rather indecisive family! He took really good care of us, going far above and beyond our expectations and he deserves all of the recognition for being so great to his customers! Happy to be a part of the Lovesac family!

From the moment I walked into the store, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right setup for my space—not just pushing a sale.
