    Bought a Hayward heater from this store and it worked for a total of 2 months. Went through LOTS of waiting on hold from this store and the 800# just to get it looked at under warranty and now nearly a MONTH later, the so-called parts for repair still haven't arrived at the store, the installer/repair guy told me it was likely they were in stock to begin with, yet here I sit for nearly a month without hearing from ANYONE, not the store, not the 800#, not even Hayward. Clearly, Hayward does NOT stand behind their product and this store doesn't care after they make a sale.

    Leslie’s offers the best pool products in town by far. Their chlorine is such a better product than anything else I’ve found. Since using their stuff my pool has not turned yellow one time. The staff always does a great job in assisting me with understanding the chemistry of my pool, and I walk away a better pool owner every time.. if you get the opportunity to work and learn from Jerry just know that you are in good hands.

    I was having a hard time finding a particular gasket for underwater light. I did not know Leslie‘s existed. But saw it when I went to the Publix, so I went in on the off chance that they may have one. The young man working at the counter was very polite and knowledgeable. He had the gasket at a fair price. Made me happy. adding this:3 July 2019 I do not understand the two negative posts but that is ok, I disregarded them. My next three visits to the folks at Leslies were tops as well. Had a problem with the pool clarity, took in a water sample, no problem, did not try to sell me what I did not need, rechecked 4 days later all water balanced and clear, numbers all within range. Huge THANK YOU!!!! Oh, I cannot leave this out--to the lady that made a personal attack on the gentleman who works there, shame on you, you must be perfect in all regards to entitle you to attack in such a manner.
