The service is overpriced; and the machine service cost more than it used to for an employee to duplicate a key at this same location. The machine offered to charge even more for a more detailed cut. Then, it offered to charge more to file the key. The add-on costs seems dishonest. The machine should be set to do those things automatically for the original posted price. The key did not work. I took the key to Lowes to brush off the rough edges. The key still does not work. I compared it with the original. The new key is not cut deep enough, so does not match the original in the depth of the key cut. I will seek a refund, which is inconvenient. I will notify store management of the problems with this machine. I will not use this machine again. I do not recommend this service.
