    Such a great experience, it changed my entire perspective on appliance shopping. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Able to answer all of our questions. Gave us a hands-on demonstration of features. Articulated differences between product lines. So much better than shopping at a big box store. Also, we previously went to Ferguson's in Daphne, and it was not the same experience at all. I highly recommend the Pensacola store even if you live close to Daphne.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called for a price and availability on a Mable shower pan and had to call back every day for 4 days with no answer, they just never called back. Tell you they will call back and just never do.

    This sign makes my blood boil!!! I truly HATE Ferguson. I expect way more than yall expect outta yourself is why this sign should be removed. Every time I have came for parts I've ran into many issues. MAIN ISSUES HERE....... EVERYTIME I CALL THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE THE PART... Low and behold when I arrive they don't have part of system says they have 5 and they are outta stock. If I don't call and just come in they don't have the parts I need. We are talking about simple parts here such as 90 or 45 or male or female adaptor. This place TRULY SUCKS AND I WILL STOP TRYING TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE!!!!
