- AGAnne GFeb 9, 20265.0I have just recently rented a unit from Extra Space Storage in one of their new buildings and dealt with Hannah. The property is very well located and well cared for, with impeccably clean floors, free of dust and bugs, and with camera surveillance throughout. The cleanliness is of major importance for me, and my final decision was based on its lovely condition. Unfortunately, I find it difficult to understand how a brand new storage facility could be built without a covered bay for loading/off-loading, particularly in a climate with severe weather storms. I should add that Extra Space Storage should use better ethics with their customers by not including a clause whereby the price could increase after 30 days. It's both unethical and unprofessional. I've had items in storage for four years with another company and the owners were cautious with increases. I hope that Extra Space Storage will give serious consideration in reviewing their policy practices when it comes to raising prices. I would like to thank Hannah for her graceful help with the paperwork process and showing me the unit I had booked. She was truly pleasant and very kind.
