- DDDebbie4 days ago5.0Well, My morning started off with a monthly pmt reminder from Extra Space Storage, so I went to the sight just to find that my rent had almost doubled, which was a shock as you can imagine, so I called and spoke to Joe at the Pine Forest road facility, he was professional and very courteous! He put in a request to see if they could lower the pmt and said he would get back with me, and guess what? He did, within 20 minutes! They lowered the fee to close to what I was paying originally. I have been renting from them for almost 2 years, it is always Very clean and I have never had an issue until today, which was addressed very quickly! I highly recommend this storage facility and encourage the owners to give Joe a raise! I imagine he has to deal with disgruntled customers more often than he should have to, but he handles it in a calm, friendly and respectful manner, those are very hard Characteristics to find these days!
