  Wow, reading about the poor service it is no surprise now that they don't put their customers first. They charged me $103.50 to come and flip on my breaker for my pool light. Yes, it was my mistake that I didn't know that there really was no problem, but they've shown themselves to be the kind of company who does not care about their customer relationships. Apparently, they must have so much business that it does not matter who they offend or who they don't show any understanding for. I'm not saying don't use them, just use them as a last resort because they will charge you a lot of money even if they do absolutely nothing.
