I haven’t always kept the merchandise and have returned things as I was unable to pay for them at the moment or my situation had changed and I no longer needed them. Which is the nice thing about rent to own, you can return things and it won’t reflect your credit and you can pick up where you left off or get something later if needed. That’s a lie though. When and if you return something the manager Steve will put a block on your account. He will only let you get used merchandise which is usually junk and he will not let you get any promotions like the penny down discount and you will have to pay a month down not matter what your pay period is. I do not recommend this location. This Steve guy is the worst. He’s so rude and treats you like you’re a horrible person. Try any other location if you can.

I will NEVER and she said she will never use Aaron’s again after this process is complete. They harass me calling me multiple times a day about my payment, sending emails. I have worked in furniture many years and have never had to harass anyone about payment. I could understand if the payment was 30 days or more late but the payment is literally a few days behind and they start the harassment the day of the missed payment. It’s excessive, overwhelming and annoying. If it wasn’t anything other than a bed set I would just return it and severe all business with them. Im highly dissatisfied with the harassment from this store.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
