    Has to be the worst Lowe’s in America. Sales people are the laziest people on earth. Never any help. Always an attitude. Never wanting to help anybody. That includes getting big boxes off the top shelf. Save your money. Go up the street north about 2 miles. Home Depot is right there. Harbor freight and Temu are better options. If I could give a lower review I would. The worst store in all of America go at your own risk. Manger’s don’t even care. Home Depot 2 miles north on university and Sterling.

    Brett and Alejandro restored my faith in Lowe's! They were knowledgable and helpful when we came into the store looking for fencing. This level of customer care is rare and should be appreciated by management.

    I had to leave this review. I went to lows a few days ago looking for a particular commercial door knob which I could find anywhere. Once I get there, Olga helped me and my goodness she was so kind, patient, willing and went above and beyond. She ended up getting another employee to help us name Margaret. Ms, Margaret was the icing on the cake. She was not willing to give up. They did not have the item on the shelve but she notice that they carried them, so she had to go isle by isle ready the item numbers on the boxes stack up top until she finally found the item still box and not yet shelve. I honestly was blown away by the level of customer at that Lowe’s. Olga thank you, Margaret THANK YOU!!!

    I normally don't write a bad review, but this situation absolutely deserves it. I placed an order online through LOWE'S website, I gave the driver explicit instructions on where to leave the order. I gave him the PIN number to lobby etc, The driver left the order on the one of the busiest sidewalks next to highway 1. who does that? I drove to the store, and encountered two young ladies at the return desk. there was some inside joke about my order. Then I spoke to a supervisor who totally refused to take ownership of the delivery , because... get this.... They use a third-party company called GIG to do their same day deliveries, which is not stated on their website. This GIG company has no customer service number or email for customers. The store has to contact them for you. I am disputing this charge with my bank. BTW, do not tell me to contact the main Lowe's number for support. they dropped the ball too. The first agent said anything to get me off the phone. I Calle back and the account was not notated. What a joke.

    Susanne in the appliance department today was rude, asked me if I wanted help, I told her yes, disappeared and it took multiple attempts by another staff member for her to return, it was quite a long wait and she seemed uninterested when it was time to help us. We left and made our purchase elsewhere
