  Do not waste your time! These people never get the dry cleaning right, if you tell them light starch they don't starch or they heavily starch. My husband never complained just dealt with it. Well today was the last straw! About 3 weeks ago he dropped off shirts to have them cleaned, CREASED and lightly starched. He went to pick them up and they were not creased he pointed it out, they said leave them and there would be no charge. I went to pick them up today after they had them for almost 3 weeks and they wanted to charge me $6, granted that is not a lot but the principal is that we were told there would be no charge. All they wanted to do was argue that they cleaned the shirts... uh okay but you still did not do your job correctly and inconvenienced us to have to come back and had the shirts for almost 3 weeks and then wanted to argue about not charging us. I went ahead and paid it and told them I would never use their service again. Consumers beware, they do an okay job at best and they do not care about the customer just the money. I hope losing a customer over $6 brings them everything they hoped it would. HORRIBLE PLACE. LIES YOU DID TELL HIM THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE, BUT AS ALWAYS YOU FAILED AT YOUR JOB. YOU PEOPLE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEED TO LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.

  I had a horrific experience here. (1351 N Palm Ave, Pembroke Pines, Fl) My wedding dress was tossed onto the dirty sidewalk by the owner; a male Hispanic man) I dropped off a beautiful new gown (still in store plastic with purchase tags) to be steamed or ironed. I picked it up hours before the wedding. To my dismay it was discolored and actually had a color change all over the front of the dress. I was very upset because I wasn’t prepared for this mishap and had nothing else to wear. While speaking with the clerk, a Hispanic man who said he was the owner came over to me. I continued to vent and he leaned over the counter and grabbed the dress out of my hands and threw it out the store onto the dirty sidewalk. I left the store with the tarnished and now dirty dress. I had no choice but to wear the dress and sat with my pocket book in my lap the entire evening. Apparently some chemical at their facility got on the dress and that is how they handled the situation. After the wedding, I took the dress another cleaners (in the same plaza) they were unable to restore my dress so I never wore it again. A $350 loss. I verified the address and yes this happened at Perfect Cleaners at 1351 N Palm Ave ... more like”Imperfect Cleaners”

  Service is good. Rating two stars because I have used them three times now. 1st time press only shirts were 2.25 per shirt, second 2.50, third was 2.60. Why are the prices increasing every trip? All seem very high for press only. I'll iron instead...
