- PPPeter6 days ago1.0They lock the bathrooms when knowing the storage is open at later times when they leave for the day. Knowing that the only people that have access to the storage are paying customers is absurd. Its a law to have an accessible bathroom in florida.

What impressed me most was that he treated my situation like it mattered to him personally. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, but also proactive. I never once felt rushed or like I was “just another customer.” Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal to a company. Corporate should recognize that Kevin is representing the brand at the highest level and delivering true customer service, not just transactions. Thank you again, Kevin.
