Nice clean store overall with mostly friendly employees, except for an older lady with short hair (wish we would have gotten her name) who we initially encountered in the blinds section. It seemed like she was bothered by us when we asked her for help and was extremely unfriendly and judgemental, and even rolled her eyes a few times. This experience made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable to the point that we decided to just leave the store.

Lowe’s is a hit or miss for me and sometimes they’re all over you and sometimes they’re like I’ll be right back and you never hear anything so that’s all I got to say

Y’all really need to do something about your overstock. There should absolutely no reason your PARKING LOT should be used to store your products. Why is that even happening? You’re causing a disruption to the flow of traffic, deliveries are a nightmare to deal with because the trucks cannot get around the pallets of mulch and other junk, which is also causing visibility issues from oncoming vehicles trying to get in/out of the lot, and it impacts the other businesses that share your parking spaces.

Hello I'm a uber delivery driver. I pick up packages from Lowe's all the time for uber. Fourth time today, first time at this location. I always have to go to the return counter (customer service) because the Uber packages are never in the pickup lockers. There were three workers at the counter. Two of them were busy with a customer, so I went up to the worker that just finished with a customer, an old lady. I told her I was here to pick up an Uber package for (name). She said I had to go to the pickup lockers with the barcode. I said I don't have a barcode because it's through Uber. Then she asked for the phone number. I said I don't have the phone number, because it's through Uber. And then she says I can't help you if you don't have a barcode or a phone number. I said I have the person's name and the order number. Then she said well go put it in. So I put the order number in the kiosk, and what do you know it says I need an associate. So I go back up to the counter to the lady. And she says and an associate will be on its way shortly. I'm just thinking to myself, aren't you an associate. So I'm waiting there. And then an employee walks by and ask if I need help and I said that I guess I'm waiting for an associate. Then she walks away. Then another play comes up, this one is the other worker that was at the counter. And he asked if I need help, I said yeah I'm just trying to pick up an order. He easily takes the order number and grabs the order. Simple as that. Now to the old lady employee, I understand you're lazy and want to do the bare minimum, but do your job and don't waste my time. We're all just trying to work and make money.

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
