I wish I could leaves better review, but after using multiple lowes from here to the Canadian border over the last 30 years, this is about the worst. Been like this for at least 5 years.

- GSGrady StanleyApr 3, 20262.0Lowes Panama City had some really good folks, some not so much. Overall the service is ok, except phones which gets a negative rating. It takes forever to get the AI system to forward your call to a department. Then it takes forever to get the phone answered, but most often it is never answered and you get to go through it all again. Curbside pickup is difficult since the check-in email usually wont check you in so you have to deal with that at the time of pick-up. I like Lowes but they can and must do better!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
