I came in after calling 3 different times with no answer just looking for nuts. I spent atleast 30 minutes looking for the nuts I needed. Finally I approached an employee and he was able to lighten my mood and help me find the nuts I needed. Quitin was nice light hearted,compassionate and fast to finding what I needed. (I may be spelling his name wrong I do apologize.)

Nothing good ever comes from shopping at this store. Occasionally we shop there when Home Depot doesn’t have the right item we need for a job or home project. Today we went in to do some returns from a plumbing project, we bought extra parts we didn’t end up using or even opening. Mostly and easy return (we used our Lowe’s card so we don’t bring a receipt, one item didn’t come up so she had to scan my ID.) but Lupe at the front desk either had something against us returning unopened items or against us a customers. She was rude from the start and to the very end of our transaction. Rude about us not having a receipt, or that she had to do an extra step. During our transaction, I had brought our returns in a Walmart bag and in the middle of scanning our return she balled it up, handed it to me, and told me to go throw it away. Who does that? IMO SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to Lowe's today for paint. I walked over to the girl 3 different times that was putting green tape on the floor near the spray cans. She looked at me multiple times but said nothing, never got up, and never showed any interest in helping the people in that department. When the help button was pushed, she got up with a look of Irritation on her face. She was not nice or professional. She definitely didn't seem like she wanted to help anyone or even be there. I wish I got her name but I never got a chance to see her name tag. Lowe's has completely lost all Customer service and respect for others.
