Just wanted a quote per square foot for submersion and in plant area rug cleaning. She literally just could have told me a price per square foot. I barely even got 5 words out before the lady that picked up the phone said NO WE ARE CLOSED. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence and hung up the phone. Why even bother answering? I had 12 9x13 rugs I needed professionally cleaned and I’ll be taking my business to crestview now. Customer service is important. This lady put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. Being polite would have won them a lot of repeat business. 12 large are rugs cleaned like this would have been a pretty penny. Good riddance. Not even an “excuse me I’m sorry to cut you off but we’re closed” just the worst attitude I ever experienced in a few seconds.
