  Jesica was great! She was super friendly and made the whole storage unit process really easy. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and was just genuinely helpful the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job. Really good experience thanks to her — definitely recommend!

  😊❤️ Oh wow where do I start.!? This storage is absolutely the BEST🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟I was in a panic from this disaster I went in got the unit moved right in, I stored my things here after the EF3 tornado swept through PCB January 2024, I stored my items I could save from this disaster. I literally lost everything, lost my condo , car, and lots of personal property but saved what I could. . I was in a panic I had little money, I got a huge unit for like 42.00 a month it was a special promotion, January 2024. Perfect timing! Ty. I had to move from my condo on off the beach to a townhouse on city side which I HATED , lol. I was on a waitlist for a condo on the beach with my landlord I waited for two years.. i got a call from landlord saying the condo on beach was ready to move in, I better get it now or I’ll call the next name, sooo I’m in a panic again , I was on the list for is available so all my money went to move in the condo back on our beautiful beach, so now it’s a un-expected move with not even a week to figure anything out… my payment was actually due the next day for storage, i went in and employees was understanding my situation and let me move my things out before I would be locked out, thank you so much, that was twice I was highly satisfied with all stress going on . any other place would said sorry it’s locked blah blah blah. . Lol . I had a great experience with this storage facility, I will let all friends and family know your storage units is highly recommended! I loved how they would email and text to remind you the payment was due in advance, love how clean inside and outside. All employees are very professional, BIG HUGE TY AND SHOUT OUT TO JESSICA, she went the extra mile to satisfy my last move out days with them.. she was professional and understanding!! Thank you to employees and company itself for a great experience. I was the only one moving my items out of the huge unit In my little car. . I needed just a day or so extra to move out of unit.. I was given . Thank you all so much, also , police patrol for extra security after hours when gates and buildings are closed. Great employees , great company, great location, no problems with this location in my 2 1/2 years storage with them. Will come back to use again if needed!
