While we were walking through the appliances we were assisted by an employee who was less than help full. When asked about deals or any savings he just took a quick walk around looking at the signs. I asked if there where any discounts for military as I am active service, to which he replied they had stopped that due to "contractors abusing it." When I checked the site there was in fact military discounts. It doesn't stop there though. Today I was suppose to get the appliances delivered, and I received a call from the driver. He said he couldn't find my house. I asked where he was located and it was 5 min down the road from me. I tried talking him through the route and sending a pin, however he was pretty dismissive and told me we would just have to reschedule since they will get penalized if they are late for other deliveries. After the call I even offered to meet him on the road he said he was on BUT he was already at his next delivery. This whole experince has been a poor reflection of Lowes and I cannot recommend going some were else enough!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
