    Bryce is awesome! I had a tire blowout after running over something in the road and Bryce pulled over right behind me and asked if he could help me. You are a rare breed. Pool troopers really do have your back. Thanks again.

    We just moved into our new home and had to get our pool acid washed due to black algae. We also had a new pool pump installed and converted the system to salt water. I cannot say enough good things about Keith. Our pool went from having black walls to looking absolutely brand new. I was worried the acid wash might damage the surface, but Keith immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and assured me there was nothing to worry about—he’s handled even worse cases, especially after hurricanes. Not only did he do an incredible job on the acid wash, taking his time to make sure it came out perfect, but he also spent the entire day installing our equipment. Then he stayed even longer to teach us, as first-time pool owners, exactly how everything works—the pump, the salt generator, and all the tools we would need to keep the water properly maintained. On top of all of that, he even cleaned the entire pool deck just out of kindness. Keith is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his work and the people he helps. I can’t say enough great things about him.

Jason frequently goes above and beyond to ensure our pool is functioning properly, and it always looks amazing when he completes the weekly services. He’s also a nice guy who enjoys his job!
