Totally disgusted, I went in the other day and the tech said, " Have you tried an algaecide"? Seriously, not one employee had ever suggested I try that. Well hallelujah, no more algae. The employee that was so helpful is now my hero. My pool hasn't looked this good in a year! Her name is Suzy and she works in the Palm Harbor, Fl store. From here on out she is the one I will go to to troubleshoot any future problems with my pool. Thanks so much Suzy♥
- AGAlan G.Jul 21, 20171.0The lady over there worked me out by grabbing stuff here and there from the shelves cause I sounded desperate because my pool was green, she told me that her chemicals ONLY works with her her shock bags which is double the price anywhere else. I ended up paying $69 plus tax. I followed the instructions without any improvement in my pool I went back to return one item supposed to use it to clear the water latet "still sealed" but been told no retired on chemicals!!!!
