Only after complaining loudly did they agree to make me key copies from the Lowes key machine for free. I got my keys, but don't appreciate the waste of my time and energy. That self-service key machine needs to go Pure rip off.
- ASAmanda StoryFeb 9, 20261.0Their customer service has dramatically declined over the past few years. Today my husband and I went to purchase a powered pole saw. They of course are all locked up and you can’t access them without an employee unlocking it. We hit the help button, nobody showed up. Once it timed out we hit it again. Still nobody came. So we went to customer service and she paged someone to help us. Nobody came again. An employee walked by that was going on break and he said he couldn’t help bc they don’t like them helping once they’ve clocked out for break. On our way out we let them know at the customer service desk that nobody showed up and we were leaving. They lost a $300 sale.

Came in was supposed to be installed 1/14 to find out they can’t break the door down to get it up my stairs. Something they should have noticed when the install came months ago!! Now I have no door still they returned it and have for the last month kept saying they’re going order a new door. To find out today I get an email they cancelled my entire order and refunded us back. Are you kidding me ??

Michael appeared to be a Seasoned associate as noted he had a pile on badges on his apron .. I guess this is the New “ You can do it, We can Help. “ .. form of Helping cstmrs

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
