I only needed help with the doors and there was one person that knows anything about doors that works in the store. I found other people and they were not able to help me because they don’t work in that department. No one could find the lady that was supposed to be working in the door department, even after they called her over the speaker for assistance. I ended up standing at her desk and calling, and after the second go around of phone calls and jumping I was able to reach her on the phone and she was back in the delivery department helping another customer but not able to help Me in her own department. There needs to be more people to help in other departments than one person working in each department and they can’t work anywhere else or know nothing about anything else.

After hours of playing the phone game with all the AI circling, I talked to a guy that told me that the CONTRACT WAS WRITTEN TO REMOVE TOILET BUT NOT RE-INSTALL IT!!! This is very poor communication from the start of the project and there was no "complete" finish. I will not use Lowes of Palm Coast ever again.

I have been working with Ivan Cruz and he has been outstanding at helping me get the issue resolved. We ended up having to replace the appliance through the extended warranty and Ivan was instrumental in making that happen. Thank you Ivan. We would have never been able to get this done without your help! We are looking forward to getting our new refrigerator.
