The rental fee went up within a month of renting. I was able to call and get it lowered as the increase was dramatic. But then the rent went up again several months later by $140. Corporate has no explanation as to when, why or how much the rent increases. It appears to be randomly generated. I could see if it was increased after a year, and only once a year but this is not the case.

Always nice and cool in there great for items, and environment, the place is very clean and quite spacious. Customer service is a big fundamental factor for the 5 stars. People are very nice and helpful, and will gladly answer any questions.

The unit I’m currently in is a ground unit but the monthly payment doubled this month. I was recently hurt and have had several surgeries as well as being in icu and unable to move my items to a different and cheaper location. Billy worked with me and got a payment that is affordable and fair as well as letting me keep my current unit. Thanks so very much Billy! You are a true blessing and awesome person!
