He was attentive and was incredibly helpful with giving us directions and guiding us throughout the facility. The facility itself is clean (Bart let us know our unit had just been cleaned a few days ago!), well lit, well air-conditioned and easy to navigate.

Bart, the location manager, then took the time to show us around the building and explain how everything works. It was also important for us to have a high degree of flexibility and to be able to access the unit during opening hours without having to wait. The challenge of not having a US ID was no problem for Extra Space Storage. The highlight was that our young son and Bart were able to watch mom on the video surveillance. We look forward to a hopefully long-term collaboration.
