- JJJenDec 13, 20241.0I called Tuesday, had to provide my CC over the phone to a random person for a deposit yet they weren't able to provide an appointment, I was told someone would reach out soon to schedule one. Come Friday no one has reached out, we didn't even receive a text acknowledging that someone would. I started to get worried that it was a scam until I finally got in touch with them again. Call center rep all of sudden had the authority to schedule an appointment. No thanks, this experience just trying to get an appointment is indicative of how poorly the service would've been.
