  Waited in line, as there was only one cashier, however, three sales associates were right in the area. After a few minutes, realizing no other associate was going to offer to help, I departed without my item.

  Just left the store and was flabbergasted at the rudeness of a woman who, according to herself, builds closets - if that is the case, why is she at the cashier interrupting customers who wish to make a return and being rude and completely unhelpful? Cashier Kai was helping me do a return when she rudely interrupted and said most of the items weren’t “sellable” - that’s not my problem. Container Store sold my brother a custom closet that cost thousands of dollars and sent him useless parts that not only didn’t fit his closet but also that came extra. He called and spoke to customer service who told him to bring it to the store for a refund. I brought the parts to the store for that purpose when this woman rudely interrupted the cashier who was actually helping me to say that the parts were not sellable and that they do fit his closet. Well, how do you know that if you haven’t even seen his closet project? You don’t even know what’s going on and what customer service told him. Kept arguing with me back and forth, completely out of line. I’ve never seen a more disgusting and disrespectful behavior. I guess it’s okay to sell people thousands of dollars for a CUSTOM closet that comes with extra, useless parts and others that don’t fit, and that they can’t return afterwards. Both my brother and I are never coming back or using the Container Store ever again.

  Sending a shout out to Branda for helping me today. This store location had the only inventory left of a clearance item I needed. Since I'm not local to the area and store pickup was the only option listed for the item, Branda went out of the way to Fedex it to me. Appreciate the great customer service!

  I went in looking for deli containers - and rather common type of container, and they don't carry them. Friendly staff, clean well organized store, but they didn't have the containers that I was looking for.
