- SMSuzie MerrillDec 28, 20252.0I purchased several items for Christmas and my daugther's birthday: 1) MovieSac Custom Cover (which has not been received but it was a 10 week lead time), 2) Pillow Sac, 3) Pillow Sac Frame, 4) Pillow Sac Cover, 5) Pillow Sac Junior, 6) Pillow Sac Jr Cover, 7) Pillow Sac Jr Frame. I won't comment on the Movie Sac cover yet as it probably isn't due for another few weeks. However, I never received the brass screws for one of my 2 pillow sac frames. I have inquired via email and the rep doesn't seem to address the issue directly. Also, I'd like to say that for anyone contemplating the PillowSac Jr, I don't recommend it. It has 3 straps on the frame, so it is nearly impossible to sit it in without sinking more into one side while the other side sticks up. It really should have 4 straps to give an even distribution of the pillowsac. I will be looking to return it. When I get my brass screws hopefully one day soon, I'll be able to see if the regular PillowSac is better. Really disappointed in this process and the multiple items that are delivered separately with one important one not making it to put it together. If this gets resolved shortly, I'll reconsider improving on my review. For now, I have lost confidence this will be rectified timely.

- DRDaniel RMar 9, 20255.0Came in today while shopping for a sectional in the mall. The showroom is small, but has all the fabric samples and cushion types from the website to test out. The associate that helped us, Sydney, was super friendly and patient with all of our questions. Within 30 minutes, she had a quote for us and we were out the door. Definitely recommend checking out this location if you're looking for a new couch or beanbag chair.
