    Huge Store with alot of stuff, but a poor selection, if that makes any sense.... lol. Prices are High, very little help. I honestly can't figure out how they survive. I wish them the best.

    I purchased a lighted Merry Christmas sign right after thanksgiving. I didn’t even open the box because it looked too small in purchased a larger one from At Home and it was perfect. I held onto the smaller one thinking I could use it elsewhere. But, I couldn’t so I returned it with a receipt. I was given the sale price instead of a full refund. I was very surprised that a store who caters to home furnishings would have such a restrictive policy. How do you know if what you buy will work within a month. I will not purchase from them again. There are so many other stores that will honor your full payment either with a refund or store credit. Very poor customer service. Instead of a returning customer you lost a whole family of customers. Very poor costumer relations!

    Paid for items online. Paid then an email saying sorry we don't have all of your order...ok no problem. My card still has a hold on it as if I never went to pick up my item? Called store manager totally blew me off

    Yesterday, December 18 2025 around 7 pm I stop to buy a few things to add for our Christmas decoration. I really like At Home store: clean, great choice of items. Everything is great, at till you go to the cash registers. At that area, as I remember from previous times, you staying by the begging it the cashier registers tables . That exactly what I did. It was just me and nice couple by the first and only one cashier . Suddenly, one n passed me and go front directly to the cashier pretending she didn’t see me. I tell her : “excuse me me, there is a line here…” She turned to me and did tell me that I stay not in a right place. She assist me with bad words, when I came close. Cashier ignored the situation and let her pay first, it wasn’t right… The big problem : there is NO SIGN “WAIT HERE”, like other store having. Plus, none selected, none trained unprofessional employees. I fill bad about this gorgeous store and asking main office get involved in West Palm Beach At Home store. They ruin your business

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
