I am now paying 3 times the initial move in rate (in less than 1 year), every 60 days another price increase notice is received. We moved our stuff from Extra Space Storage this month to another facility. The first question I asked was 'how often do you have price increases?', their answer 'very rarely' - I accept. Everyone I had contact with in person or over the phone with Extra Space Storage has been super friendly and helpful, it if wasn't for the constant price increases, I would have no issue with the facility.

The on site staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I’ve had is once or twice the automated doors to the interior have been broken (whether someone drove into them or it was a mechanical issue), but they usually solve the issue as quickly as they can and they have secondary options during the down time. All in all, this is a great place to keep the stuff you don’t have room for and I’d recommend it to anybody.
