    We've been with Sparebox since 2023 we started with a 10x15 climate controlled unit at 140 a month now we are being charged 240 a month and you can go to their website that's well above current listed rates. So we call an inquired and are told that's their policy and they can increase rent ever 4-6 months. Just it is what it is. Even after listing multiple rates around us they said they would do anything because it's all corporate. On top of this they had multiple break ins and every time their cameras were not working so ask to see working security footage before renting. I will say their gates are always locked and they communicate efficiently over any issues with your units. But the price hikes once you're a customer is just bad business and feels like it's set up to take advantage of snowbirds and military that can't always come back to move things at the drop of a hat.

    Rates started out reasonable ($59-60) but soon escalated to nearly $100. Its easy to start, all online. Very easy starting and ending your month to month lease with them. Lot seems secure and they do have cameras. I would use them again in a pinch but would probably move after the first month.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
