  Brought my mower in because the self-propel wasn’t working .. which I clearly explained upfront. They looked at it, didn’t fix a thing, and still charged me $45 just to confirm what I already told them. Now look, I fully believe a laborer is worth his hire ..i am not expecting a freebie. But let’s be real: no way this took more than 30–40 minutes, and any good mechanic should be able to diagnose something that’s already been explained. It’s hard not to feel like this guy got paid way more than what the work was worth. I even asked if they could work with me on the price, especially since I’ve bought my blower from them, my buddy just spent $2,000 on a mower there, and I’ve sent multiple people their way over the years. That won’t be happening anymore. If you’re thinking about bringing your equipment in, just know: they charge top dollar just to take a look — even if they don’t fix a thing.

  I’ve been there a few times and looked around. I’ve never bought anything. It’s junky like a thrift store, so there’s the fun aspect of potluck when you go there. I did come really close to buying a used tiller one time the deal was right but the tiller was a lot bigger than what I needed so I passed. Im sure I’ll go back and look around again and eventually I’ll end up buying something there one day.

  So I had only seen this store briefly once before, and at that time I didn't take the chance to look around. I really regret not taking the time initially. These guys have so much in their warehouse, and competitively priced at that! They also do repair work, though I don't know the extent of what they work on. A lot of outdoor equipment but many indoor appliances and fixtures are available as well. They also have an assortment of tools and refurbishment parts. I will certainly be coming back, probably every payday I have with a spare dollar.
