Placed an online order at 10 am 12/22 for a Christmas present for my wife. Never received an email that my item was ready. I called the store around 5pm asking about my item and they confirmed they had pulled my item and it was ready for me to pickup anytime in the next 7 days. I was already doing family things so could not go until the next day or two. I then received a text at 12pm on the 23rd saying that my item was out of stock even though the store confirmed they had pulled one for me. I called back and spoke to fulfillment and turns out the first guy I spoke to just straight up lied, didn’t do anything to pull my pickup item, and my pickup item that was ordered over 24 hours previously was sold out from under me. Horrible horrible customer service and process management. Do not use this store for any online orders

wish I could give 0 stars! We went to buy an electric lawn mower, and the employees were completely useless. Every flat cart was in use by them, and after paying, not a single employee lifted a finger to help us load it into our car — they just ignored us! Thankfully, a kind couple stopped by and helped us, otherwise we would have been stuck.
I am beyond disappointed and will never, ever come back to this Lowe’s, at least not this location.

I was having trouble looking for this specific item and got a great deal on this display piece. In this day and age it's easy to be ignored but the December 20th morning shift was some of the best customer service that I have ever had getting this all set.
