Was in the garden department this afternoon- looking for specific fence that your website showed that there were 8 in stock, got there and there was only 1. 2 employees happened by- names Vito and Tito- the both went out of their way to assist us. Found the remaining items and pulled them down from the high shelf. We truly appreciate the service we received from them.

I have a business account with Lowe's and while I only spend $1500-$2000 a month at this location, I think that's enough for this store not to stand directly over me while I check out. Every. Single. Time. In the last two days I've spend about four hundred on two different tool boxes, and just now, as I'm checking out, the same old woman that always hovers over me at checkout went and got some guy to check the drawers of the tool box while I was paying. Surprise surprise, I wasn't stealing from you.
Circumstances might bind me to shop here in the future, but it won't be the amount I've been spending. This was the last straw. You never answer your phones, you hover. I don't want to feel like a criminal every time I shop. It's offensive.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. I went to the Lowes in Ormond Beach after seeing this on the google machine, figuring that they would honor the pricing that showed up on google. The “Sponsored” pricing shows this Dewalt competitor to Bosch’s FlexiClick system as $100 off, so $99 for the kit. The comparable Bosch system is $143 on Amazon. I use Bosch at work, and Dewalt at home, so either system would fit with what I currently use. I made a special trip to Lowes, and made a point to ask the customer service desk if the advertised was valid. They said yes it was. So I found someone in the power tool section to unlock the cage for me, then escort me up to the register to buy it. The cashier said she couldn’t honor the price, so she called the tool manager who said no, who called the general manager who also said they couldn’t honor the price. Even when I showed them that if I did a new google search right in front of them, it came up with the $99 price. I walked out an unhappy customer, and will consider Lowe’s my LAST option when I have to buy home improvement products. Maybe Home Depot treats me better because I have a PRO account? Sorry Lowes.
Update:
So Lowes responded with a phone number that takes you to a phone service that’s pretty generic, and isn’t a number to someone who can actually address my issue. Strike 2.
