- KMKrystalya MarieDec 26, 20251.0I've been a long time customer of Lowe's and recently discovered that they no longer allow you to return something for a "Store Credit" if you go past the 90-day return policy, which they used to do while their biggest competitor, "Home Depot" still offers that option. With the economy the way it is you'd think they would gladly take something back and give a person a store credit. They can probably sell the product for more than they originally did and they are guaranteed that either you come back at some point and will likely spend more than what you have on the card, or you lose your money because you forgot to use the store credit. Their loss - I'll be shopping at Home Depot going forward. Update - 1/2/26 I wish there was a "-5" Star rating - because I would definitely use it in this case... I followed up based on the response from the owner and wasted another 15 minutes, only to deal with an ai agent who finally put me through to a real human. After finding all of my receipts and providing them with all of my order numbers all she did was confirm that I am outside of the 90-day return windows. Why post anything saying you want to resolve an issue that is clearly stated and then refuse to resolve it. Just another reason to stop spending my precious time and money at Lowes!!

Tuesday night they sent a text saying the stove was out of stock. They stated they would inform us when it would be available. We finally got a text stating it would be delivered on the next Tuesday. We finally got a delivery time of 10:30 to 2:30. We will never buy another appliance from Lowe's and have told everyone we know not to purchase any appliance from Lowe's.
