  Josue whom worked on our security fire panel at Helios grand hotel ,kept up a great watchful eye on our security fire panel the time he was here. He was a great morning greeter coming into our office for his duties. Overall the team we have is great.

  I reached out to Pye-Barker Fire & Safety over the weekend after discovering a builder’s nail in our fire sprinkler pipe during a bathtub installation. It was a stressful situation, and I was really worried—but I was fortunate to speak with Austin, who reassured me that it would be safe to wait until Monday for service. When I called Monday morning, the team already had the photos Austin had shared, which made everything so much smoother. Jairo was incredibly kind and assured me they would get someone out the same day. Shortly after, Alex personally called to explain the process, set expectations, and provide a quote. Even though they ended up dealing with an emergency call, Jairo still made sure someone came out to help us as he understood how worried we were. Vince was absolutely AMAZING. He was so kind and professional with my husband, had all the necessary tools on hand, and was able to fix the pipe on the spot. He also placed us on fire watch and returned 24 hours later to make sure everything was still in perfect condition. We are so grateful to the entire team. This was not a fun issue to uncover during our renovation—especially given the potential risk—but they truly put our minds at ease and handled everything quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Pye-Barker Fire & Safety to anyone. And a special thank you to Vince—he explained everything clearly, followed through on every promise, and truly went above and beyond. A man of his word!
