  Great experience! Had to reorder a fridge in the right size -my fault for not measuring right the first time! - Nelson was super helpful with placing a new order and setting up the delivery and return!!

  Got a great deal on a brand new fridge! Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable, took his time to explain the process with us. Milla at checkout was also great and very helpful when setting up the delivery.

  I went to Lowe’s in search of Flowers for my Flower Planter. I came upon Chris C in Garden Center. I had all my flowers picked out. He was helping other customers and I waited my turn. When he got to me he looked at all my flowers and told me something I never knew before. Flowers have #’s on them..that stands for their root growth. So #3 should be planted with 3’s, #5 should be planted with 5’s, #6 & #9’s and so on. He helped me to have a thriving Flower Planter with that information. Just seeing his interaction with customers is awesome. I came back after this experience looking for a potted flowers to go on my bike planter. And once again Chris C helped me make my decisions when I showed him the planter bike & those are doing great also. It is so nice to know there are good people that give Great Customer Service.   A must visit store for Appliances as that is the bulk of what is offered there. Unlike similar findings, all appliances are marked as to why they are there from minor dents, canceled upon delivery and in a few cases they are new. The delivery and extended warranty offerings quite reasonable. Recommend to go there first before paying full retail for any appliance. The other merchandise will vary and appears to be overstocks or unpopular models for whatever reason. The staff are helpful and explain everything clearly.
