Just had a great experience with Rebecca in returns. She was very helpful and pleasant. This is the type of service I like to see. Went in on 04/23 at 4:46. She deserves a big raise . Haven't had this kind of service at lowes in a long time.

Called 3 times today around 6:41 pm and the girls that answered the phones need to be fired. Pull the calls Lowe’s. Hanging up on customers and their knowledge is kindergarten level. Disgusting store.

I had an amazing experience at Lowe’s in Ocoee thanks to Daryl, AJ and Adam. They truly went above and beyond to help us not only did they assist us in finding what we needed, but they also helped load everything into our car and took the time to help us figure out a solution for our transportation issue.
Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Employees like them are rare, and they absolutely deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise!).

Four days ago I came to the store looking for African Violets that Optimara (the grower) had told me were coming in a shipment this week. As it turned out, the shipment had not arrived yet. My Lowe's associate, Kahyah Fleming, however, looked thoroughly through the recently arrived boxes and even went back into receiving to see if the shipment was in. She was so friendly and helpful! I asked if she would take my number and call me when the shipment arrived; she was glad to do this. Today, Kahyah called me to let me know the Violets had finally arrived -- she really went out of her way to take care of me! She was in the houseplant area when I arrived and she took me straight to the plants I was looking for -- thanks to her phone call I got there while there was still a good selection of colors and varieties available for purchase. Kahyah Fleming is a wonderful example of excellent customer service and care. I hope you promote her so she can train new staff members on how to be like her. Definitely one of the best visits (out of years and years of visits) I have had at Lowe's. Please let this team member (who may be a "seasonal" employee) know what a difference she made for me. Kahyah really went above and beyond to do something for me that was important. Kudos to the W. Colonial store in Orlando! And bravo to whatever manager hired her

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
