He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood all the details about the storage unit I was getting. (The storage unit was clean + indoors so that was amazing) He was very patient and made the whole experience stress-free. I also really appreciated that he followed up afterward to check in and make sure my move-in went smoothly. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall I would definitely recommend this location!
