All the collage kids need one at this time of the year and there were only two left at my location. John was amazing, calling me couple days later and explaining the whole situation. Much appreciated, John! We did the paper work and we are all set. Super amazing to know that someone actually cares now a days! John just could have left it alone. Thank you John for being a great example of human being! YOU ROCK! 😉

- UAUnique AngelApr 13, 20261.0This is not a good storage facility. I had mold on my belongings that was in climate controlled and although I paid for the insurance, they refused to pay me for it. They will not refund any of your money back if you move out on the same day or one day and they will post you online if you are one day late and expose your items online. They also go up on the rental fee without notifying you. They are terrible.😞
