Most people I’ve spoken to have been very short or oblivious to questions I have but definitely not the case here. Great personality, very welcoming and very honest and helpful. Highly recommend renting here. If I could give more stars I would.

- CCCiciApr 10, 20265.0Closed out my unit after some time with a business space. Kelly the store manager helped out. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. Getting the unit was super easy. Did it online. Didn't even need to wait until the office was open or for a person to be available. Never had an issues that couldn't be easily resolved. Some doors aren't open after closing and you just gotta try them to find out which. Didn't have signal on the 2nd floor near my unit so had to head downstairs anytime I needed my phone. Bathrooms closed once they were closed I believe. Though I think these things are pretty standard for most/all storage facilities so they still get 5 stars. Would definitely get a unit from them again if I ever need it.
