From day one, their team went above and beyond—especially when an issue came up. Instead of making things difficult, they handled it with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. The facility itself is top-tier: clean, spacious, modern, and—most importantly—climate controlled, which gave me real peace of mind storing my belongings. Huge shoutout to Margo and Jenifer for their outstanding customer service. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a storage solution that actually treats you like a valued customer, this is the place. Highly recommend.

  Filthy facility, when I went to collect christmas decorations there was a woman squatting in the unit across from mine. My unit had a dead mouse and insects. The assistant manager was wonderful and she cleaned my unit and then after my concerns about the woman squatting she found me another unit and helped me move my things. After Christmas I went back to take stuff to my unit and there were flies everywhere, mice in the building and the smell of something large rotting . Many people complained and were told they were "looking into it " . I was already looking for another facility and finally was successful in February in locking down another unit elsewhere. I moved out on 3/1. On 3/2 went into the office to confirm a refund for the unit and was told the payment would be reversed in 3-5 days. When it didnt reversed I called that Friday and was told over the phone to allow another week for the reversal. As of this week its still not reversed and was told now that its been sent to the manager team and to give it another week. No give me my money now. Stay away from this bug and mouse infested facility.
