This meant we had to haul everything through the long hallway before getting to our unit instead of just using the door that's located right in front. If they can't fix a set of doors in almost a year... I wouldn't trust them with anything else.

We really appreciated the loaner carts, though having a few more available would make things even smoother. Overall, very happy with the service and the space.
