She entertained a few of my questions and I remember disconnecting the call happy and satisfied. We met in person on 4/20/26 at the Goldenrod and Yucatan facility and I found Ms. Vasquez to be friendly, personable, and very helpful. This individual obviously understands what excellent customer service is! If there were an option to give her twenty stars, I would petition the powers to be to raise that standard, and give Ms. Vasquez thirty stars 🌟! What she exemplifies is something that AI is driving into extinction. Her professionalism and great personality reflects great credit on herself, and "Extra Space Storage" as a whole.
