  I can't believe how bad the attitude is. I need to order 30 fire sprinkles and am trying to work at this shop. We are on the phone and I have a very important call in and I tell the lady to give me a minute She hung up on me. Then I called her back and explained that I just had an important call. She hung up on me as soon as she heard my voice. I'm pretty sure it wasn't any phone malfunction. The reason was to hang up my phone on purpose. I have never seen such service. I was very polite and tried to communicate with her. Her attitude was so bad. I don't know if they treat other customers like this. I never I haven't given any bad comments because of poor service. I don't know if your owner agrees with this lady's approach. If so, I can only say that this store is very unprofessional!

  Driver number 259 in a United fire van just about caused a serious accident, he did it all intentional, he cut me off so I flashed my lights at him to maybe get his attention, then he slams on the brakes once he was in front of me and ran me off the road, so I caught up to the van to get his van number after I got my thoughts together of what just happened, he then puts his window down and starts yelling out the window throwing up Inappropriate gestures, while I have my five month old baby and 8 and 9 year old kids in the car, very violent, unprofessional, childish behavior that could’ve got someone hurt, when he was in the wrong. I really hope something is done about this because he is going to hurt someone with his violent behaviors!

  Testing is performed and the people living in the Apartments are notified. If you are ringing the alarms for such a long time then the people who live in these building should be notified well ahead of time so that people and their pets do not have to go through trauma of this test. It is affecting my health negatively and the occurrences are unprofessional.
